JeanBILLINGHAMPeacefully passed away on the 23rd February 2023 at home surrounded by her family aged 75 years. Cherished wife of Barry, Mam to Wendy, Lee, Neil, Mother in Law of Janine. A loving nan to all of her grandchildren, loving sister of Shirley and Aunt. Jean will be deeply missed by all family and friends. She will be resting at Caerphilly Funeral Services prior to the Funeral on Tuesday the 28th March at Thornhill Wenallt Chapel at 14.45.
